Rebecca started her video journey in college where she majored in Broadcast Journalism at the University of Nevada, Reno and minored in Communication. Soon after, she received her master’s degree from SIUE. Rebecca worked in television news for five years before moving on to work for a large school district in California. There, she produced videos on a daily basis and broadened her professional and communication skills, while working with high-ranking educational leaders.
In 2013, Rebecca made the leap and started her own full-time video production company. She has filmed some of the biggest names in education, including Sir Ken Robinson, Robert Marzano and Michael Fullan and has traveled extensively to record the great things happening in educational institutions and organizations around the world. Rebecca is considered one of the top educational videographers in the country, producing top-notch videos for districts and organizations every week; she provides all of the filming and video production for MB Enterprise. Roman J. Munoz
Roman J. Muñoz is an award-winning attorney at DWK (Dannis Woliver Kelley) in Sacramento and a member of the firm’s Labor, Employment and Personnel practice. He is a bilingual and well-respected expert on employment and labor law issues confronting public agencies. In his capacity as advisor to governing boards and public agencies, Roman counsels them on a variety of legal matters, including: employee discipline and dismissal, labor relations, Board policies, contract administration, employee benefits, employment litigation, reductions in force, grievance arbitration, and unfair labor practice proceedings.
Roman also completed Harvard University's 'Program on Negotiation' and specializes in negotiation practices to increase efficiency and productivity.
Roman also brings extensive experience working in the California State Legislature, having served previously as a legislative aide in the California State Senate.

Dr. Joseph Pandolfo
School District Fiscal & Operational Consultant
Dr. Pandolfo has worked in public education for almost 30 years as both a teacher and administrator. He currently serves as the Deputy Superintendent of Business Services for the Rincon Valley Union School District, a 3,500 student elementary school district in eastern Santa Rosa, where he is responsible for supervising an annual general fund budget of over $40 million as well as a $54 million-facility program. His responsibilities also include supervising all of the financial and operational departments of the District.
Dr. Pandolfo came to Rincon Valley after working ten years as a school business administrator in the Mid-West, where he was Director of Finance and Operations for the Westchester Elementary School District in Westchester, Illinois. Joseph is vice president of Redwood Empire Schools Insurance Group (RESIG) board of directors, which provides commercial insurance for over 40 school districts. He also serves on the Sonoma County Treasury Oversight Committee and is a member of the Sonoma County Local Plan Area (SELPA).
Joseph is passionate about the education and training of new school district leaders and has presented multiple times at classes for the Association of School Administrators (ASCA) for current and future leaders in the areas of Director of Fiscal Services, Administrative Assistants, the New Superintendent Budget Boot Camp as well as for the California Association of School Administrators (CASBO) Chief Business Official (CBO) classes. He is the academic coordinator for the ACSA Director of Maintenance and Operation Class and has guest lectured at the University of California, Davis as well as Sonoma State University on school district finance. He is a registered consultant with the Financial Crisis and Management Assistant Team (FCMAT), and has consulted and served as a mentor for school districts throughout California. He is a past winner of the Sonoma County School Administrator’s Business Official of the Year.
